Q: Who can see my data?
A: Only you can see the data stored in SAFE. If you authorize another user, they can see the data, too.Q: What do I have to buy in addition to SAFE?
A: Everything is included (hardware and software), so you don’t have to purchase any additional materials. Although you can use a third party software product if you prefer.Q: Will this back up my company laptops, too?
A: Yes, laptops can be set to back up on a schedule, or on demand, as they are connected to the LAN.Q: How will I know if my important data is being forwarded to Internet storage (vault)?
A: Your IT consultant has the ability to transparently monitor your SAFE system to be sure it is fully operational as well as to generate reports to ensure your data is forwarding to the vault as expected.Q: What maintenance is required on my part?
A: No maintenance is required on our part. Although, you can control which users have access to various directories through password controls.Q: Will this slow down my daily work/Internet access?
A: No, the data will be forwarded to the vault after work hours, which is scheduled by you and/or your IT consultant.Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: You are billed a monthly flat amount for a specific amount of storage capacity by your IT consultant.
